Shipping

Shipping charges are always the $5 flat-rate or it will be upgraded to free shipping once your subtotal reaches $35 USD. Free and discounted shipping does not apply to rush orders or express shipping rates.

Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders will ship to your PayPal address or address provided in Shopify during checkout unless other arrangements are made. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (previously called "First Class") and include tracking. I am not responsible for the package once it has left my possession and entered possession of USPS for delivery. I recommend contacting USPS directly at +1 (800) 275-8777 for any questions or updates concerning your package. You will need the tracking number provided by me via e-mail or text message when you purchased your item. If you do not enter an e-mail or phone number when purchasing your items, I have no way to send you this information. If you do not enter an e-mail and you need your tracking number, you can e-mail me personally at laciecreates@gmail.com and I will do everything in my power to get the information for you. There are no guarantees that I can give you a tracking number once it has left my possession, but I'll do everything I can!

*Free shipping over $35 promotion only applies to orders within the United States - unfortunately, international customers are excluded from the free shipping discount.

Refunds + Returns 

Earring and accessory returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, due to hygienic concerns, returns/refunds will not be accepted unless the product is deemed defective.

Also please note that discounts and promotional codes do not apply to custom work and will be excluded from any and all promotions offered. Refunds will not be issued if a code is not entered during the checkout process.
